It's Easy to Keep Your Strap Looking and Feeling Great
The finishing touch to a Crown Strap before we send it out into the music world is dressing it with a nourishing saddle soap to keep the leather soft and supple.
We use Joseph Lyddy's saddle soap. Joseph Lyddy began as a Melbourne business in 1893, a pioneer in Australia's horse and saddle care.
It's a good idea to give your strap a little T.L.C. every now and then. Most leather care products will do the trick and your strap will stay lookin' sharp.
And folks there's a right way to roll your strap. Keeping the top side of the leather facing out as you roll this will help prevent crumpling of the finish. If possible, don't fold leather it will crease.
