Shipping, Orders & Returns

We currently ship to Australia, USA, Canada and UK.
Domestic shipping via Auspost Parcel Post delivery time estimate is 5-6 business days.
International shipping via Auspost economy air delivery time estimate is 8 business days.
Any local import duties and taxes that may be incurred is payable by the customer.

Every strap is handcrafted in our Melbourne studio and takes approximately 7 days to prepare for shipping.
We hand select all our materials however the colours of the leather and thread may vary.

We know you're going to love your strap but in the unlikely event that you change your mind please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can help you with the return and refund process.

Returns must be unused in it's original packaging and sent back to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the goods we can make a refund or exchange.
